How we collect data

We collect personal data directly from you when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to marketing or contact us. We also collect limited technical and usage information automatically through cookies and similar technologies. We may receive information from Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers and other service providers that help us operate the Store.

Why we use your data and our legal bases

We use personal data only when we have a lawful basis to do so:

To process orders and provide customer service — to perform our contract with you, including payment processing, delivery, returns and order communications.
To operate, secure and improve the Store — for our legitimate interests in running a secure, reliable and effective online store, including fraud prevention and troubleshooting.
To meet legal obligations — for example, accounting, tax, consumer-law and record-keeping obligations.
For marketing, analytics and non-essential cookies — where required, based on your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings or the unsubscribe link in marketing emails.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use necessary cookies to make the Store work, including functions such as the shopping cart, checkout, security and remembering your privacy preferences. Necessary cookies cannot be switched off through our cookie banner because they are required for the Store to function.

Where you consent, we may also use analytics and marketing cookies to understand Store performance, measure campaigns and show more relevant marketing. The exact cookies and third-party technologies in use are shown in the Store’s cookie banner or preference centre. You can change or withdraw your optional-cookie consent there at any time. Blocking cookies in your browser may affect some Store features.

Sharing personal data

We share personal data only as necessary to operate the Store or where required by law. Recipients may include:

Shopify, which hosts and powers the Store;
• payment providers, to process payments securely;
• delivery and fulfilment providers, to deliver your order;
• service providers that provide email, customer support, fraud prevention, analytics, hosting or other operational services;
• professional advisers, regulators or authorities where legally required; and
• a purchaser or successor in connection with a business sale, merger or similar transaction, where permitted by law.

Our processors may use personal data only under our instructions and for the relevant service. Some providers, including Shopify, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Shopify may process personal data for its own purposes in specific circumstances described in its Consumer Privacy Policy. You can use Shopify’s Privacy Portal for requests relating to Shopify’s own processing.

Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Order and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable law. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed, unless a longer retention period is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions and limits in applicable law, you may have the right to:

• request access to your personal data;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion of data;
• request restriction of processing;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing;
• withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent; and
• receive a portable copy of certain data.

To exercise a right, email mehraaaan@hotmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you believe that our processing of your personal data infringes applicable law.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration and disclosure. No transmission or storage system is completely secure; please avoid sending sensitive information through insecure channels.

Children

The Store is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate authorisation. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, services or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version on the Store and revise the "Last updated" date.
