Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of the Bikly online store (the "Store"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer-protection laws apply and take precedence over any conflicting term.

Orders and agreement

When you submit an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This acknowledgement is not acceptance of the order. A binding agreement is formed when we send an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, unless the order has been cancelled before then.

We may cancel an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the amount paid.

Prices and payment

Prices and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Shipping costs are displayed before you place the order. Payment is charged using the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store full payment-card details ourselves.

Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

Consumer purchases made online generally carry a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the day the product is received. See our Refund & Returns Policy for how to exercise this right, return costs and refund timing.

Faulty products and complaints

You may have statutory rights if a product is faulty or does not match its description. Contact us promptly at raihan.mehran@hotmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including the Danish consumer rules on complaints.

Product information

We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, images and stock information accurate. Colours may appear differently depending on your device. We may correct obvious errors, update product information or withdraw products at any time; this does not affect orders already accepted except where an obvious error gives us a lawful right to cancel.

Intellectual property

All Store content, including text, product images, logos and design, belongs to Bikly or its licensors and may not be used without permission, except where permitted by law.

Personal data

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you retain the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. You may also have the right to submit a complaint to the relevant Danish consumer-complaint body.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders by publishing an updated version on the Store. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
